Remote Assistance & Training
Incorporating augmented reality tools into a remote assistance and training ecosystem is a key step in transforming a program from a static model to a dynamic tool. Interactive tutorials, procedural checklists, and real-time feedback systems are integrated to guide the field service personnel and trainees through various scenarios that require the oversight of subject matter experts. Programmed modules are designed to test and reinforce a trainees' knowledge, decision-making skills, and response times under various operational and strategic scenarios. Whether the requirement is specific field training, maintenance of equipment or vehicles, or communications from the field to leadership without diminishing situational awareness, our AR solutions provide the clarity and quality of communications that our Warfighters require.
To further enhance the learning experience, our AR ecosystem incorporates adaptive learning technologies to
dynamically adjust the difficulty of training scenarios based on the trainee’s performance. A virtual
trainer can initially guide users through processes in a step-by-step manner. As trainees become more
proficient, the virtual trainer will reduce its intervention, promoting independent problem-solving and
decision-making. This personalized learning approach ensures that each trainee receives the support they
need without impeding their progress and confidence in handling complex scenarios autonomously.
Our AR systems are equipped with multi-user functionality, enabling collaborative training sessions that can simulate real-world team operations. This capability is crucial for training scenarios that require teamwork, such as joint operational tasks. The scenarios will be scalable in complexity, catering to various levels of expertise.
