BANC3 is looking for a Project Manager Lead: Technician/Project Manager who can work full-time in Hawaii to support us on a long-term contract (5+ years) with a great team! The Project Manager Lead will implement operational support to include reading and interpreting DoD Telecommunications Service Requests and Orders (TSR/TSO) and using configuration databases and tools such as: WWOLS, TCOSS and DDOE/DDSF/DISA (DISA Direct Order Entry/DISA Direct Storefront/Defense Information Systems Agency). To include general knowledge of different circuit types and carrier technologies (Ethernet - 100G, 40G, 10G, E1/T1, OCx, ATM)

Position shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

Position requires a SECRET security clearance and meets requirements in accordance with AR 25-1 and AR 25-2 & SEC+ or higher security certification. 

Responsibilities: 
    • Install, operate, and maintain video teleconferencing services for the MCP to include administering the headquarters VTC schedule
    • Determine MCP and CCP headquarters requirements for C2 communications and telecommunication systems and services.
    • Protect MCP and CCP information systems from enemy Information Operations (IO) attack and natural occurrences
    • Install, operate, and maintain networks in support of user operated terminals in the MCP/CCP
    • Provide troubleshooting of record message traffic services for the MCP
    • Coordinate requirements and support how the theater Army headquarters information networks and systems acquires potential upgrades
    • Develop the headquarters information systems automation life cycle replacement plan.

Position requires a SECRET security clearance.
